"30"

This was a special week for the Hoffman/Harner Families. Baby Justin, who is Eric's cousin Jodi's son, was baptized on Sunday, March 20th, the same day I reached 30 weeks in my pregnancy. Justin is a sweet little baby who sleeps more than any baby I've ever seen! We were with him almost all day on Sunday and he was only awake for about an hour the entire day!

Justin was born with a cleft lip and was baptized on the 20th before he went down to CHOP for his corrective surgery on Monday, March 28th. He'll be as good as new, even though he was perfectly healthy and very cute before!

Happy Anniversary, Mimi!

Today we celebrated Mimi's 27th Anniversay of being cancer-free! We went out to dinner at Anthony's Trattoria and had a very nice celebration of life with our family! Hopefully in July we will celebrate year 1 for Coral! While we were there Mimi insisted on taking some pictures since she didn't have any belly photos.

"28"

Week "27" was so busy that we missed our picture, but I'm trying my best to not forget from here on out! On March 2nd, we started Childbirth classes at The Reading Hospital, and they have been great. Our instructor, Amy, an RN at the hospital during the night shift, is very nice and I'm hoping the rest of the nurses are as nice and pleasant as she's been!

We learned breathing exercises, relaxation techniques, and learned all about dilation, effacement, and station. Most things I had heard about but was not too famililar with! Not that I am a pro now, but I at least will know what the nurses are talking about when I'm in labor. The classes have made me feel more ready than I've felt the entire time I've been pregnant. Now I just need to get Baby Z's room ready, and then I'll really be ready for her.

Eric and I are both so excited to meet her, but I've been having a lot of people lately asking me if I'm having a boy (due to my basketball shaped belly), so we're also looking forward to the ultrasound we have scheduled on March 24th to check the placement of my placenta, so we can also "double check" that Baby Z is really a girl!
